Biography
With 13 years of experience, Paul Knittel owns Scabland Farm, a 550-acre, small-scale heritage operation. He has been a Washington State Pork Producers board member for 10 years and a farmer and board member of LINC Foods, a farmer co-op surrounding Spokane, Washington.
